a sad day for Hollywood...

Michael Jackson just died. OMG. I always loved him. My first favorite song was Beat It, and I remember dancing with my grandma (Nana) as a baby, probably 1 year old, to that song. He's like the Elvis of my generation... I can't believe this. Farrah Fawcett passed away this morning, now Michael Jackson... so tragic.

In Loving Memory...

Today I lost my amazing grandmother, Sonia. She was Bubi to me, Brian and my cousins Jeremy & Jeffrey, and Ma to my dad and Uncle Allan. She lived a full, happy life and was loved by everyone who crossed her path. Classy, hilarious, a so loving... she was truly one of a kind. She always called me her Shaina Maidelah, which means pretty girl in Yiddish.

I already miss hearing it...
