On July 24, 2010, my bestest friend Jennie FINALLY married her love of 9 years. Jennie and Scott had a beautiful wedding that drew more tears from me than at my own wedding!! Jen had been waiting for Scott to propose forever so when he finally proposed last July 4th with his grandmother's beautiful antique (literally) engagement ring, the planning finally began! I feel like I've been planning wedding #2 for me, but I wouldn't have had it any other way! I made their save the dates and most of the wedding stationary. I was so excited for the day to finally arrive!!
Jennie was smart (hehe) and hired my amazingly talented wedding photographer Jennifer Carrillo of Bella Rosa Photo to shoot the wedding, which was extra fun for me because I got to tag along and be a 3rd shooter for most of the morning! I took all the "getting ready" shots before Jennifer arrived and followed her around as a third shooter and got some amazing shots! I was especially honored to be one of the few people there for their "first look" - of course I started crying even before that and had to turn away because I was making Jennie cry!
We got ready at the Westlake Village Inn, and the wedding was at North Ranch Country Club... here is just a glimpse of their amazing day!
